Solar panel installation

One of our notable projects involved the installation of a solar-powered irrigation system for a 150-acre avocado farm located in Njombe, Tanzania. The project was designed to support large-scale agricultural production by ensuring a reliable and sustainable water supply throughout the year. Given the size of the farm and its water demands, a solar energy solution was selected to reduce operational costs and promote environmentally friendly farming practices.

The system was carefully engineered to meet the irrigation requirements of the entire plantation, taking into account water source availability, elevation changes, and optimal distribution across all 150 acres. High-efficiency solar panels were installed to power the pumping system, ensuring consistent water delivery even in remote areas where grid electricity is limited or unavailable. This approach significantly improved irrigation reliability while minimizing dependency on fuel-powered pumps.

Through this project, the farm achieved improved water efficiency, reduced energy expenses, and enhanced crop productivity. The integration of renewable energy into irrigation operations demonstrates our commitment to delivering modern, sustainable engineering solutions that support long-term agricultural growth in Tanzania.
